TMSI's Lab Extruder is widely used on extrusion and mixing of rubber compound, is applicable to different formula of compound as well as the shaping of simple rubber material.

Also being used on the design of rubber formula and optimization & control of  technical parameter Variable Frequency Motor and Servo Motor is available options for small extruder, featured with more precise speed control, stable screw speed, stable extrusion pressure, and with pressure and temperature control, all of this will make it optimal for formula design and technical parameter. The barrel of the extruder uses a replaceable sleeve design, and a variety of screw and head design for different rubber compound will dramatically reduce lab procurement cost.

PLC control and HMI makes it more convenient for experimental data collection and analysis.
