TMSI's Laboratory Open Mill are designed for formula development and experiments in universities and research laboratories. It is mainly used for experiments and can also be used for small batch production. It is applicable for the mixing and processing of rubber, plastics and polymers, and formula design. It can also be used to optimize and control the process parameters of open mills.
Open mill is a kind of equipment with high work accidents. Traditional machines have simple structure and low cost, and are relatively poor in safety and stability.Our new open mill has high accuracy, high efficiency, and has CE and UL certification. There are multiple safety protection devices at the front and back of the machine to ensure the safety of the operator. When an emergency occurs, the machine can be stopped quickly, and it also has a reverse function.
The laboratory open mill can be driven by variable frequency motor or servo motor, with more precise speed control. It can achieve any speed ratio adjustment, greatly improving the experimental process conditions. Optionally equipped with TCU to control the roll surface temperature and distribution with high accuracy.
