Platen Vulcanizing Machine

TMSI's Laboratory Platen Vulcanizing Machine is suitable for heating and pressure curing of common rubber materials. It can be used to make simple rubber products and simple thermosetting materials. Commonly used in the hot-press molding of rubber and plastic machine composite materials, the study of the material vulcanization process, the design of rubber formulas, and the optimization and control of vulcanization process parameters.

 

The laboratory Platen vulcanizing machine uses a hydraulic system to drive the pressure plate, and the pressure control precision is high. Integrated design of double-layer cooling and heating, compact structure, saving laboratory space. PID electric heating control, fast heating speed, high temperature control progress. Equipped with HMI touch screen control, the curing time can be adjusted flexibly, and the operation is convenient.
