Tire Industry Products - Load/Deflection

The Load/Deflection Test Machine applies a requested load to a test specimen at a user-prescribed load or deflection rate while recording both the load and deflection data. The system consists of a mechanical load frame with three servo controlled test movements that may be run simultaneously or programmed in pairs or individually. Tests are controlled by a TMSI Industrial PC Control System (MicroTeStation), which is interlocked with the electric controls of both the Hydraulic Power Unit and all three actuators for full test automation and data reduction/presentation/archival.
